We are looking for a property manager (m/f/d) to support various customers in the Cologne area as soon as possible.

Well-groomed appearance and confident dealing with customers and staff
Reliability, organizational skills and communication skills
Technical and professional understanding
Dedication and flexibility
Professional experience as a manager in building cleaning is an advantage
Driving license class B or 3
